Purchased over $200 gift card from subway. Has been nothing but a nightmare to use. App doesn't work right and the website is worse. Reached my limit this past weekend when trying to place an order. After attempting over 15 minutes to order I finally went to the store. Took my phone in and showed them what I was dealing with. They tried several things without success. I got to the point I was not even using gift card and was just trying to pay with my credit card. even the store could not get it to work. They offered to make the sandwich but could not use the coupon etc so my order would be more. Told them no thanks I would go to publix and get a sub instead. Told them I just wanted them to see how horrible their app/website was to try and order from. Their response was we know. There is constant issues with it. A few hours later later found out they had charged my credit card even though order never went through. Called the store and they refunded.
