Their front desk worker Julie is a saint as well as their driver! However everyone else is awful. I dropped my car in December to have them look at it because a break light popped on. I didn't hear anything from them so I called them 48 hours later to see what the status was and if I could pick up my car. They told me they had completely replaced my breaks without confirming with me first. No phone call. No voicemail. It set me back $1200. Had I known the issue I would have gotten quotes from other places before committing to get them done here. 2 months later my breaks are hesitating to stop (very scary!) and I notice a strange noise, so I brought it back in. After being pushed off and getting sent to voicemail for 3 days trying to get the status of my car, I decided to show up and take the car back without warning. They unveiled they had put faulty break pads and rotors on. They let me take my car home until the new parts were shipped in. No offer to take a rental for my safety. I called the next day asking for a refund so I could look elsewhere. They did not allow for a refund but the parts are in, so wish me luck! The manager hasn't taken the time to chat with me about this so unfortunately poor Julie had to front as the middle man. They're lucky I didn't get hurt.
