      I placed an order with Paloma Bella LLC via **********************************/ for three items worth $740 on 9/7/2023. I received my order on 10/13/2023. Two items did not suit me so I reached out to Paloma Bella LLC to return those items. Paloma Bella LLC provided the return shipping label on 10/17/2023. I shipped my return worth $555 on 10/18/2023 and it was delivered to Paloma Bella LLC on 10/20/2023. I reached out to Paloma Bella LLC on 11/2/2023, 11/6/2023, and 11/13/2023 seeking an update on my refund but received no response. On 11/13/2023, I filed a dispute with my bank as I was concerned by Paloma Bella LLC's lack of response regarding my refund. On 11/29/2023, I received an email from Paloma Bella LLC stating that they had issued my refund so I requested that my bank close the dispute, naively trusting that were actually going to refund me. As of 12/22/2023, I had still not received my refund. I reached out on 12/22/2023, 12/27/2023 and 12/28/2023 informing Paloma Bella LLC that I had not received my refund. As of 1/6/2024, Paloma Bella LLC has not responded and I have not been refunded the $555 I am owed for merchandise that was promptly returned to them in October. I have attached supporting documents for reference.

      Following notification of my complaint on 1/8, Paloma from Paloma Bella LLC reached out. Paloma told me she could ***** me that day or process the refund through ******* on 1/10. I told Paloma I was OK with waiting for the refund to be processed officially through ******* on 1/10. By the afternoon on 1/10, I still had not received my refund so I reached back out. Paloma informed me that she received communication from ******* that my refund would be processed by no later than noon on 1/11 and told me that she would continue to follow up in the morning of 1/11. It is now 1/22, I still have not been refunded and have received no communication from Paloma / Paloma Bella LLC even though I have reached out multiple times (see attached for email communications).

      The company responded to me directly due to BBB’s intervention and refunded my order.
