      HORRIBLE COMPANY On November 24, 2023 I ordered 2 Just Overwhelmed Crewnecks. I paid $156.37 plus $56.00 for GST and duty for the two items. Her site states orders will be shipped in three days - my order wasn’t shipped until December 8,2023, which was a little frustrating as these were Christmas gifts. December 17, 2023 received my package, which only contained ONE crewneck. I reached out to the company on December 17, 2023 through the company website contact information and messaged the company through ********* and **. December 27, 2023 reached out to the company on ******. She has not responded to any of my messages. I am out just over $108 for the crewneck, shipping, GST and duty. I will be contacting my bank today to report this company as a scam.

      -April 29th placed order #52161 for 2 sweatshirts and some stickers -May 5th - around May 5th I received my order but was sent the wrong sweatshirt. I had order "Overthinker Since Birth" in a pink tone but I received the "Overthinker" sweatshirt in green -Over the next few weeks I sent numerous emails to the support email that was provided on the website. -In the later part of May I received back an email saying they apologized for the delay and said they would be sending me the information to return it. - On June 4th they finally replied after I had sent 10 or so emails and reached out on 2 social media platforms repeatedly - The seller then sent me a return label and I argued with them about just sending my replacement after so much time. They would not budge. I kept asking for assurance that the replacement would be forthcoming. - there was a glaring problem with the return notification they had sent me - it showed the sweatshirt that I was supposed to receive not the one that I had actually received. My emails included pictures. - On June 12th I handed the package - with the supplied label on it to the US postman - Since the 20th I have been emailing and posting on social media trying to get an update and have received no response.

      I’ve sent several Messages to this business about two different orders and kept following up with no reply’s. I got half of one order and nothing from another order. I ordered teo migraine brain crews on one order. Order number *****, But I ordered a 3x and 4 x. I only got the 3x. I didn’t get the 4x. I am also inquiring about a previous order in which I sent a message for from a previous launch. Order number *****. I still have not received the pink 4x anxious crew. I have been missing these items and inquiring about them since may.

      On September 3rd, 2022 I set an alarm and placed an order for one sweatshirt within 2 minutes of a publicized restock going live. I paid a $9 shipping fee which advertised 1-10 business day processing due to restock, 1-3 day shipping. On September 15th, 2022 I received a confirmation that a shipping label had been created and my order was on the way. On September 21, 2022 I received a notice that my order was refunded due to "overselling". You can not charge for a 10 day processing, 3 day shipping fee and then refund 19 days later. This is fraud. I expect my item to ship and for this language to be removed from the website as it is fraudulent.

      Purchased item from online store on 5/14/22 for $69.00. Was given confirmation and a shipping number. A label was created on 6/6/22. I reached out through email on 6/27/22 for an update on my order. Email states “If the answer to your question is within the link provided, you will not receive a follow up message from me. If your answer cannot be found in the link, expect a response from me within 2 business days.” I looked at the website, stating to “allow up to 14 business days”. I sent more emails on 7/3, 7/22, 8/3, and 8/9. I have tried contact through ********* and *** *** (where I found the store and found I was unable to message them there) and have gotten no responses, especially with my more recent requests for a refund.

      I purchased a sweater on May 14th 2022. The email did state it would take 7-20 days for processing, but only 3 days for shipping, which I understood. After it stated it shipped on June 6th 2022, it’s only ever said “preparing for shipment” on the tracking site ever since. No change. I’ve contacted the company on email 5-6 times, contacted on social media and commented and I’ve received no word back. It wasn’t a cheap sweater.

      On June 30th I placed an order for 5 poster prints, 1 ring, and 1 sticker which totaled to $82.66 after tax and shipping fees. The printing label was created but nothing has been shipped. I requested to cancel my order as I found similar items at a different retailer. I emailed [email protected] on July 15th, 20th, and 22nd to cancel my order and have heard nothing in return. I sent direct messages via ********* July 20th and 22nd with no reply. The business owner is active since she has posted several times on social media since my initial request to cancel. This was my first small business e-commerce purchase and she has absolutely ruined this experience and I am now hesitant to try and purchase something from a similar business again. I certainly will never purchase from this shop again. It is ironic that a company which heavily portrays itself as supporting mental health causes so much distress and anxiety for their customers. I don’t know if I will ever see my money again. At this point it appears they are a fraudulent business selling a scam. If an order cannot be fulfilled by their promised timeline posted on their website, I would issue a full refund or advise the customer so they can choose to either wait or get a refund.

      Date of Transaction was May 14, 2022. A major launch day. Website said to expect delays. Processing time quoted 7-20 business days. Shipping 3-5 business days. My shipping label was created June 6th, 2022. I emailed for an update 6/16/22 and 6/20/2022. Only received automated response. Tried to contact and comment on YouTube videos, IG messages and never received responses. 6/26/2022 received an email of a partial refund on product unwarranted. It looks like she made a shipping label and never shipped my product and then made me pay for her mistake. I did not ask for the refund. I asked for the product to be delivered. Emailed again for clarity, only received automated response. Not only was I scammed and not paid my full refund but I did not receive product and received zero explanation. This business is not being ran correctly. Buyers beware! I’ve seen small businesses ran beautifully. This is not one!

      I placed an order for a sage green sweater in a size large on January 22. My order total was $72.45. My order was delivered on February 7th. Upon opening my package, I noticed the sweater had a hole in it. I emailed support****************** on February 8th detailing the damaged product and asking for a replacement. I included a picture of the damaged sweater in my email. I emailed again on February 15th after not hearing anything from the company. I emailed a third time on February 22nd and still have had no response from the business to resolve this other than an automated message each time saying that someone would get back to me within 4 business days.
