Buyer be ware this company is digging into your pockets for nothing but his profit. Constant games of a pocket full of promises and nothing but debt you’ll receive. A job the was to cost 2500 was 5000 2nd hand chimney caps. This company should never be in business and needs to be reported. But reading other posts there will be no benefit from trying to have compensation for any monies spent. Chuck just changes the name and scams innocent people out of their finances. I would love to see some court or criminal action to put this company out of business. Again buyer be ware!!

The representative on the phone was knowledgeable and friendly, and she was able to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me. When the chimney sweep arrived, he was polite and professional, taking great care to protect my home from any mess during the cleaning process. He did a thorough job, removing all the soot and debris from my chimney and inspecting it for any potential issues. He even took the time to explain the repointing process and answered all my questions. When it came time for the repointing, the Chimney Champs team was equally impressive. Had a chimney liner installed about 5 years ago. Was fine for a couple years even though the work looked rushed and rough. I’ve been cleaning the liner myself due to the people they’ve sent to clean before would either show late, not show, and always did a subpar job. Never would clean the cap and things would always clog up. Recently had a tree fail from their install and smoked out the house with my 6 mo and 4 yr old kids home with my wife. Called for a repair and they said my lifetime warranty was void due to me having cleaned the chimney myself, so I paid out of pocket to have the tee repaired. 5 weeks after the repair the tee fails again. I have chimney chumps back to repair the tee and they tried to charge me for the work a second time. I refused to pay a dime since the work was just done! Well I ended up repairing it myself since I didn’t want to be stood up again and fall farther behind on work while waiting for the chimney champs tech to blow me off (has happened a total of 4 times to me from this company). Upon inspecting the tee as I worked on it, I found the never actually replaced the part and only repaired the existing one, thus leading to a failure. Overall a trash company. Please do yourself the favor and stay far away.

Very unprofessional. Damaged my wood stove and failed to report it to me. Technician didn’t have a clue what he was doing. We were informed he was one of their best. Don’t deal with this company.
