I am a CSR ( ******** ******** ********) retiree. As part of my medical retiree benefit, I receive $2,000/year healthcare plan reimbursement. In 2023 USI, formerly ******* ****** became the benefits administrator for our YSA (Your Spending Account). I am having serious issues getting reimbursed for my Medicare Supplement medical and drug plans premiums. After numerous phone calls, I was told to email my bank statement as proof of payment and receipt of my payment from my healthcare providers on their letterhead. This has to be completed each month not just a one time function as in the past. I submitted proper paperwork to have my reimbursement automatically deposited into my checking account. There is something seriously wrong with their methods I did not receive my money and after calling, to no avail and waiting weeks I finally received the reimbursement for Jan, Feb and Mar. They never know why the money is not deposited. They told me they did a stop payment and re-submitted the request. I am still waiting for Apr’s reimbursement. It was supposed to be deposited In my checking account at the end of May. In the meantime I have submitted May’s paperwork. Why are they using backward methods. Why is the money not deposited. This is stressful and very time consuming. No explanation is ever given for non payment.Initial Complaint

USICG is the 401K management company through my employer. I have several hundred thousand in 401k savings through USICG. USICG offered the option to link and transfer 401k savings from USICG to a ****** **** account in order to invest in specific stocks. However, after my first small transfer over 6 months ago, I have been unable to transfer any more funds to the **** account. I have waited the required 30 or 90 day waiting periods for all funds, and it still won't let me move the funds and gives me multiple equity wash violation errors. USICG employees are rude and unhelpful and don't know their jobs, and tell me to call ******. When I call ******, they rightly explain they cannot see my USICG 401k account and can't help me either. USICG is intentionally preventing me from moving my 401ki funds to the linked and authorized ****** **** account.
