              On 6/19/2024, I used my debit card to obtain a credit score report for a visually impaired friend to help with their apartment search. I paid the $1.00 fee and got the score. Today, my account was debited $39.90 for a full membership which I did not order. Attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered, and the company has been labeled a "scammer" and fraudulent by consumer watchdog websites. I live on a disability pension and this debit is putting me and my family into crisis. I appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you.

              Initially the business was fine until they start charging my account for monthly fees in which account had already been canceled and then they repeated the cycle numerous times and then 2 months later try to repeat the cycle
