Requested removal of company owned propane tank in Sept of 2021, not removed. Requested removal of same propane tank in August of 2022, not removed. Requested removal of same propane tank August of 2023. The tank still has not been removed and weekly calls for a status update are not being returned. This tank is owned by ******.Business response

I have been a Bemer Petroleum customer since approximately July, 2016. Account #******. During that time, I have paid for all products and services on time. In March, 2023 I switched my propane service from Bemer to ******* *******. ******* sent a letter of disconnect to Bemer advising that the Bemer propane tank should be removed. The letter was received by Bemer on March 24, 2023. I was advised by ******* that it normally takes approximately 2 weeks for the old tank to be picked up. On April 6, 2023 I began to follow up with Bemer to find out when the tank would be removed. At that time and at subsequent times I spoke to Robin and left numerous voicemails for her supervisor, Bruce. I never received any callbacks from Bruce. I want to point out that Robin was very helpful, and that my complaint is not with her. It is with Bruce who failed to return phone calls, and advise when my tank would be removed, and ultimately removal of the tank. Please refer to the attached document which provides a timeline of dates and activities.Customer response

November 1, 2022 Bemer was notified via telephone that their equipment was removed and replaced with a new company’s propane tanks (2). There were told before that I was canceling my service do to a doubling in price in propane. The said to let them know when and the levels of propane in each tank that I would be refunded for and equipment fee. Now 3 months later, called and they continue to state they have no ETA for removal nor my refund. The employee said I could contact the fire department for assistance but I declined and stated it’s their responsibility not mine to remove the tanks because they are a fire hazard with regular trees falling on my property.Initial Complaint

i started a request to pick 2 rented propane tanks from my property at ** ****** **** ******* ** ***** . Called and emailed every 2 weeks . With one response from Marybeth W***** . Then phone calls left on voicemail or they pick up and say its up to the boss. Then in mid July they picked up the tanks no phonecall not sure of exact date , Called and emailed every 2 weeks with same reponse the boss takes care of it . No phonecals or emails back no response . Both 110 gallon tanks were 75 percent full , Just want my refund for the propane and my prepaid rental for the tanks . Before they picked up the tanks they tried filling them up Im on automatic . No rsponse no phonecall no communication . thanks
