I signed a contract for 3 bathrooms. I gave him $2000 for the first bathroom.The first bathroom was only installing a faucet, vanity and sink. The second bathroom was partially done by my previous contractor who had to stop working because of cancer. I wanted wainscoting on the bottom of the walls. I sent him a picture of the wainscoting and he had his assistant put in wallboard. He never verified with me when installing and I presumed he was installing what I sent him. I had given him another $2000.He said to fix he would need to rip out the wall.Ernest really did not care. He is the owner. He came back on February 24th to put in the medicine cabinet ,faucet and fixtures. He lines up the lights with the medicine cabinet but not the faucet. He said he would need to rip out the wall which would be costly and blamed on the previous contractor. My previous contractor never got to the point of that as he had to stop working because of his illness. He asked me if he should put the robe hook where a towel ring would go. I said yes, then I said no. Then I said let me think about it.I left to take my dog to doggy playtime and put the rode hook in an it took me 5 minutes to put a towel on it. As a contractor he should have known better. I tried to resolve with him as he did not do $4000 .worth of work. He did let me out of the contact because I do not want him messing another bathroom. I am semi retired and I can not throw money away.He will not give me a refund. I am looking for a refund of $3000

The rough in of the electricity and plumbing where all ready done by another company, all we did was install light fixture, water closet, sink, and bathroom fixtures Install shadow boxes in master bathroom like she ask and sent me pictures of what she wanted to install one of the pictures has tile a top and she didn't what it all she wanted was the trim work , for the hall bathroom, we had to going there 3 time to install a sink because she didn't have the right materials, for the master bathroom we been there 1 time to install sink, one time to I stall shadow boxes, 1 time to install water closet, and faucet but it the water closet was broken, one time to paint shadow boxes, and last time to install water closet that did t not fit , and I had to go out to buy new one , I stall tile a top of shadow boxes and I showed her before I stalled it and she like it , Install light over sink with Existing box in wall, hang Is tower hook where she wanted it a asked she 3 times to make sure she wanted it in that spot, for the Toilet paper
holder I had her sit down of the water clsoet
The show me where she wanted it and that's where it was Installed, I the agreement she was responsible for all materials because she wanted to get them.
