Purchased crossbow and target 7/13/23 for 1927.04. Crossbow was given to me in an unsafe condition (the hex bolts on every component except pulleys were loose) first arrow missed target and sound of vibration prompted me to examine crossbow. 3 hours tightening bolts (including scope base and rings) later and the crossbow was fired again. The remaining 2 arrows that came with the crossbow went so far into the target the fletchings were destroyed. This is because the target he sold me was NOT rated for a crossbow of this power (almost 500 fps). I was sold an unsafe, defective product combined with the wrong target resulting in 3 destroyed arrows and an unusable target - 111.99 of total price. I want the arrows replaced (Mission 19") and a refund for the 111.99 spent on the target.Business response

Hi ***, we are very sorry this is happened to you. We will absolutely refund you the $111.99 and we will refund you the money for the bolts as well. We need you to bring the bolts and target back to us and we will refund you for those monies. We need to send them back to the company we purchased from because if there is a safety issue we need to send back for review. We would gladly look at your crossbow, and also send that back into the company to be overlooked for you as well if you are still finding some discrepancies with it. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:I only have one arrow and the target the demand to return the other 2 and the target is a insult. You waited 7 months after ignoring multiple contact requests. I fixed the issues with the crossbow, and I want my money refunded via mail as your business is a 45 minute drive each way. Mail the refund to my address. I will continue to update my reviews accordingly Barry.

Barry refuses to refund my money for target which was not rated for the crossbow (500 fps) he sold me or for the destroyed arrows (3) that his negligence is responsible for. He expects me to drive 45 minutes each way, he is not trustworthy wouldn't let him tune a fish, nevermind tune a crossbow (which should have been done before he sold it).
