              Once again this is crazy...I picked up my box on last Friday a week has passed and I have NO service because Tech is on vacation until the middle of August!!!! Not exceptable....this company is terrible. And on top of all of that it's like no other companies can do business over here at "***** ***** ****". I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau also.

              They have horrible customer service. Horrible Internet service. They have a monopoly on apartment complexes in T**** *** We are not allowed to have any other Internet provider in the apartment complex because of moon beam. They gave me a very old modem, I had no idea how old it was. When I told them that my Internet was really bad and laggy. They said that my modem was old and that I would have to purchase a new one. They are very unprofessional. I was forced to buy a new one because I work from home and the Internet is still bad.

              Our modems have a warranty and if the modem goes bad after the warranty expires then the customer will need to purchase the next one. We keep the price reasonable so our customers can afford them. If this resident is still having internet issues we need them to contact us to schedule a tech visit so we can correct the problem. There is no cost to the customer for the tech visit.
