First and foremost, this company’s customer service is AWFUL! I had received an item from this company from my wedding registry, my shower was in October of 2021. They sent me a damaged/stained item. I wanted to exchange for a different one. I reached out to them and they told me I had to pay and ship back my item. Why would I pay to ship my own gift back. I was supposed to be receiving a label. That never happened! Reached out, sent photos of the damaged item, was told that my exchanged item would be sent to the GIFT BUYER, which luckily was my sister. 2 weeks goes by, she gets nothing! I reach out again, they said it would be refunded back to the card charged…that didn’t happen either! So my sister lost her money because I’m not using a damaged item and they never sent a new one! Your company didn’t do anything and made no effort to help me at all!
