WORST experience in my life dealing with this company. GraduationSource has been a literal nightmare for five months. First, I put an order for a cap, gown, and tassel, expedited shipping and didn’t get shipping confirmation Igor it which caused me to call them to find out what’s up. Turns out they couldn’t find any record of my order even though they sure did charge me $167.46 for it. After about 3 or 4 days of me calling them they finally solved the issue and sent me my order which left me happy. One would think that was the end of my nightmare. Not so much. Fast forward about two months and they mistakenly shipped me another cap, gown, and tassel. I immediately called them to alert them of their mistake. They wanted me to pay for the return shipping of the order which THEY sent to me mistake. I alerted them that I would NOT be paying to ship their cap, gown, and tassel back to them since it was their mistake. I told them from the beginning that I would gladly send it back to them when they send me a return shipping label that is paid for by them. For about THREE MONTHS they have been harassing me sending me bills telling me I owe them $167.46 for the item that I never even ordered. Each time I received an emailed invoice from them I called them up alerting them that I don’t owe them money because I never ordered the extra cap, gown, and tassel. I reminded them that it was their mistake to ship me an extra order. Each time the customer service rep would get my information and tell me that they would fix it and that they would call me back the next day to let me know the status of the issue. I never once got any return call from any of the customer service representatives any of the times they promised to call me. In fact it took them three months of constantly sending me invoices and me calling them several times before they finally decided to send me a return shipping label which I still ended up having to pay for the envelope that I shipped it back in. I returned the gown two days ago with their shipping label that they sent me and THIS MORNING I got another call from them telling me I owe them $167.46 for the cap, gown, and tassel. This is a NIGHTMARE company and I will never do business with them again or recommend them. I’m a teacher who works with kids that graduate every year and Gradutionsource will never get my, or my friends and families, recommendation to anyone looking for a cap and gown. Dealing with this companies incompetence is not worth it. I stay clear from this company and do not invest any of your money into any of their business because you could end up paying for it for months! They aren’t worth the headache.
