Apparently ******** ****** is a subsidiary of ********* *********, through **** **** They apparently handle claims again for **** ***, I have now been dealing with this claim for over 3 months now soon to be 4. **** ***** of *********** **, came into my home 3/23, to install new dishwasher **. The tech explained he couldn’t install due to no drain line, in which there was, removed my old water line from under my kitchen cabinet sink, from the old dishwasher (this is the 3rd dishwasher in the home), and didn’t shut off my water. Kitchen flooded, cabinet damaged, water went through wall and under wood flooring. My family has had to see a physician due to increased allergies and headaches, placed on medication, and you think these people would do what they need to get my home back to par. Constantly cleaning mold, and mildew, on the surface, not sure what’s under the cabinets and the flooring but guessing mold and mildew. The absolute worst Insurance company there is, and this tactic of prolonging the handle time of a water claim is horrible. Water is not something you p*** around with. These people put me in a absolute horrible place. I have now had 3 different adjusters, and a manager that does not respond even through her answering service when you leave a message says 24-48 hours return the call. It’s about a month or more later and Jennifer M***** has not returned not one call, showed empathy, or for that fact no concern, Ms he holds the title of manager is awful. *****************************, Ashley C*** was the 2nd adjuster, which advised the first adjuster was fired which was Kurtis E******. My Current adjuster is Shelley B***. What it appears they all do is stall time, truly don’t care, and ignore you. There should be a handle time to how long claims are handled from the point of when the adjuster is assigned. 1 month is ridiculous, but now we are at almost 4 months!!! This needs to be resolved!!!!!Business response
