Mark O*** of Wefi ******* of ********* **, along with ******* ******** of ****** ******* ******** of *** ** approached our company on June 14 2023 while we were seeking business funding. They offered a deal in which if we paid off a loan what was set up by third party (** ******** which was basically the fee they would collect for making this deal, they would release $100,000 credit line to me (**** **, sole owner and director of *** ******* ****** dba ********* *****). I completed paying the loan on June 16 2023, and ** ******* (the 3rd party ) issued zero balance letter to Wefi, ****** and our company on June 23 2023. Supposedly, after Wefi and ****** ******* received the *** which I have confirmed with sender of ** ******* , ***** *****, that these two companies did receive ***, they should activate our portal (accordingly to Mark O*** of Wefi while he had communication on June 14) which was set up already, and release the funding to us right afterwards. And yet, up to now, 45 days has passed, both of them (Mark & Jessica) have never responded to me, regardless repeated requests asking them to activate the line of credit. They simply ignore me. I strongly doubt our company is being trapped in fraud. I am attaching herein the personal guarantee letter issued by ****** and signed by Mark O*** and the zero balance letter from **(The 3rd party) for your reference. We just want them to get our portal activated and let us receive the funding of $100,000 which we rightfully deserve.
