I signed up for this program about ten years ago. I received checks totaling $400. I am thinking of selling my home in the near future, and have been trying to get ahold of Exceed for quite some time. The insert I received with my checks stated "You MUST speak with us first BEFORE you reach out to your real estate broker" (see attached). However, the broker I had originally selected does not exist anymore, so this is a problem. When I went to their webpage to search Exceed's broker database, I found that their once functioning website does not exist ("awesome site in the making," pops up, see attached). When I tried to call Exceed, the number rings once, then the line is disconnected. When I go to their FB page, the same number and website are listed. I sent them a PM on FB, but I am not expecting a response. I have not received any correspondence from them for about 8-9 years, electronic or otherwise. I've done my due diligence and have attempted to hold up my end of the bargain. However, it almost makes me feel like they don't want you to be able to get ahold of them so they can then take legal action. The lack of an online presence and inoperative phone number is a huge red flag for me. That being said, I would like to return the $300 incentive I was sent so that I may work with my own realtor and be released from any future obligations. I see this has been a resolution for others who have filed similar complaints. If Exceed is still in business, I hope the company reaches out to me so that we may discuss possible resolutions.

I joined with Exceed ******* approx 5-6 years ago and received 5 payments of $200 in the agreement that if I ever sold my home, I would use one of their brokers. I tried to call them with no response, and the email says it does not exist or cannot connect. I was planning on selling my home in Spring. I just want to use my own broker. I will gladly return the 1000. Because this company seems shady to me. No web site or phone number. Thank you.

We pay our members between $300 and $10,000 to be a member (amount determined by the value of the member home when they join our program). We have paid millions of dollars to our members.

Homeowners pay us $0 to join our program, $0 to be a member, $0 if they sell their home using any cooperating broker they choose among our more than 5,000 cooperating broker offices across the USA, $0 if they never sell their home.

No homeowner has ever been asked to pay us one penny. No homeowner has ever paid us one penny.

We are in long term agreements with more than 1,000 real estate brokerages across the United States, comprising more than 5,000 offices, and in those offices are more than 250,000 licensed real estate agents.

We ALWAYS put our homeowner members, our clients, first, above all else.

Mrs. ********** was paid five payments, as she acknowledges, per our agreement with her. We honored all of our obligations in our agreement with Mrs. **********. Mrs. ********** now needs to do the same, which is simply to reach out to us when she is ready to sell and we will confirm the referral has been placed with the broker in our network she chose to help her with the sale of her home. Mrs. ********** honoring her agreement with us costs her nothing, not one penny. When she is ready to list her home for sale, Mrs. ********** should email us at ************************************** or m****************************************, and we will be happy to assist her.

      Thank you.
