This complaint I tried to send twice today. The web pages look different but when *** * ****** - just questions form was sent to me I filled them out but could not send the form both times. I am 72 yo with my first smart phone and not online. I am now at the library where my VPN warns me not to connect to this network. Hope you get this. Please acknowledge receipt by email. Thank You Paul’s Service Center worked on my coolant system and it has a slow coolant leak ever since. I have taken my 2001 ***** ***** *** back to the auto service center many times and every time it still has a small coolant leak. I told Paul’s I can’t keep leaking antifreeze constantly all over my driveway. Have been trying to add distilled water more than antifreez and need to get engine fixed before freezing weather comes. Afraid engine could freeze and break or overheat and burn engine up. Keep trying to get owner Chris A******* to call me, order the part they ruined and fix the mistake they made. As many times I have talked to the people behind the counter, they write down to have the owner to call me and order the lower radiator hose flange that bolts on to the engine. Every time I check back they make a note to order the part and have the owner call me. As many times as I took the ***** back to have them tighten the hose clamp Chris would always walk by me and not look at me or speak to me. The time before last I took it Back to Paul’s to fix the mechanic tried to tell me that the new radiator hose that they put on was recalled because of hose swelling (???). The last time I took the ***** to Paul’s October 18, 2023 owner Chris said that the hose flange that comes off the engine was cracked by the mechanic that use to work there. Chris said that if this fix did not work he would stand behind the work they did. The mechanic that tried to tell me the new radiator hose that they put on was recalled because of swelling problems (???) told me he fixed it this time by tightening the hose clamp real tight (???). I have taken an online picture of the bolt on lower radiator hose flange to show the engine is not ruined yet the flange can be replaced. I took pictures of what the mechanic did last time 10-18-2024. On the hose clamp for the lower engine flange the mechanic dabbed white paint so if a screwdriver loosened the clamp the mechanic could blame it on me. It looks like they pasted the flange cracks and the radiator hose to the flange. Looks like no way to take hose off flange without total distraction of the flange. The leak is a little slower but the coolant leaks out. Looks like the only way to get problem fixed is to take to the ***** dealer. Would like to have them fix flange and document problem to have Paul’s pay bill or reimburse me. Do I have a chance to resolve this or should I write it up to total loss? Thank you, * ** 2023-12-05
