    We booked hotel for three nights. We called hotel to say we’d be late on arrival. It took a half hour to get someone to answer at 5:30 pm. The answering service could not find our reservation. Then we were told we could not check in after 3:00 am. So we had to travel further south to check in and then head back north. We were in room 218. The bathroom sink faucet handle worked backwards!! So hot was on the right and cold was on the left. My friend burnt her finger thinking the water was cold. The heater in the room was so noisy. We taped the noise so the front desk could hear it. It was terrible. The spa was not running. The pool was so cloudy and dirty. There were broken pool toys left in the water. The spa was empty and had been for quite a while. We were looking forward to using it. There was nothing on their website to say that the spa was not in service. One of the elevators wasn’t working so a piece of plywood was put up against the door with a chair in front of it. No caution tape or anything! There was no ramp to access the entry in the back which had 5-6 steps down to the door. You had to push a person up a small hill to get to the first floor door. There was mold in the room along the ceiling. We ran out of hot water. Upon departure, we told Nicole at the front desk of the issues. Each complaint was answered with a remark. She said that she didn’t install the faucet. She the heat was always loud. There were so many guests and that’s why we didn’t have hot water. The pool was open. Really? It was disgusting. We asked what she could offer for our troubles. … she answered a free breakfast. …we said that breakfast is complimentary anyway. Very poor service and unsafe conditions. Dirty and moldy.
