            Damian M***** has been absolutely terrible with communication. “From start to finish” does not do their company justice. He was there the day of our loss, then slowly became distant as time progressed. We had to go out of our way to make a list of personal contents lost as well as proof of purchases.Then once we had a home again, he became silent, as if we didn’t need the additional contents money owed to us. We have been living in our home for 8+ months now and still have not received depreciation, landscaping, electric, temporary amenities owed to us. It would be comforting if he were good with communication, but he has not answered a phone call, email, text message, etc. in this time. Although his uncle is an attorney, we have no choice but to hire a private attorney or our own. Avoid this company at all costs! They make it seem like you are much less important than others come a crisis. But they forget- you are still living a nightmare until your insurance claim has come to a close. I am so sad I chose this company.
