WorkingBuildings has been attempting to have Burt Process provide service to an existing piece of equipment that serves a ***** ****** ****** **********. We have been attempting to procure service since 9/18/2023 via quote number ********. We have issue purchase orders, revised purchase orders to ensure correctness, however Burt Processing has failed to order the correct parts, or dispatch individuals to perform the work. I have call Burt Processing multiple times and attempted to coordinate with Victoria H*****, however they have remained unresponsive to repeated requests.Initial Complaint

Purchased a water pump for my boat for about 540 dollars. When the pump failed, I called to inquire about the warranty and was immediately told by Jennifer that I ran the pump dry. I did not even tell her what the issue was yet. After I provided the issue of the pump over heating while still pumping water than shutting down, she again repeated that I ran the pump dry even though it was pumping water. I again stated that it was not ran dry and was told to return it for evaluation. I believe the bearings failed and the pump was garbage and I would like a full refund.
