I am a member of the Property Team at ***** ** ****** ******** ****** ** ********** *** A flat roof was failing (showing bubbles and covered in water) so I requested two estimates to replace the roof. King's Roofing was the low bidder at $4,400 so I signed a contract (attached) to replace the roof. The roof was replaced on June 4th, 2022, and they were paid in full by check. After the first heavy rain, the custodian noticed that the new roof was full of water, and he texted me pictures of the water ponding all over the roof. I contacted King's Roofing, informed Tony about the water problem, and his response was that he may need to install a drain. Since then, I have been trying (email, text, phone) to get King's Roofing to schedule a date to come back and resolve the water problem but no response. Finally, I sent an email to King's stating that since they have not responded, I would seek help from the BBB with resolving this problem. Once again, no response! Soon, the puddles on the roof will be turning into ice, so I and Cross of Christ Church would really appreciate anything that you can do to have King's Roofing step up to their responsibilities and resolve this problem quickly.Customer response

This complaint is for Breach Of Contract. Contract was signed by both parties on 3/18/21. ****** *** * **** ** *** ******** ********. The total contract amount is $32,500.00, which we paid in full. King's Roofing guaranteed their work for the term of 20 years. They stated that this roofing system will make all roofs 100% water tight. The job is located at 7 Capitol Dr. CT. We 1st reported that this roof is leaking on 7/9/21 which they responded to right away stating they would go there early the following week. They never called or showed up. 3 people from our office have contacted King's Roofing multiple times by emails and phone to which there has been no response to date, 8/19/21. The roof is still leaking. Immediate repair is necessary.Customer response
