After attending the ********** ***** game yesterday on 1/10/24, I became very dizzy faint and out of breath walking up the steps after the game causing me to sit on the floor in the hallway. I was taken care of immediately by two lovely capable women. Natasha O**** who works in Security and Heather V****** L**** an EMT assisted me with water, took my Pulse and Blood Pressure which was extremely low. They waited with me until I was feeling better while my husband was getting the car and wheeled me to the car. I am very thankful for their assistance and concern. By the time I got to the car I was feeling fine and am fine this morning. I thank them both for their concern and care. **** ********Review from Kennedy E

There security was not by a door and we happened to walk in thinking it was an entrance. They kicked us out into the cold. Mind you we are young black freshmen women in college not from Hartford, so we were scared. Also there were several white males from our school in the building who were not escorted outside of the building like we were. We were extremely embarrassed and humiliated being escorted out like we were the problem, when their security was not being attentive. There was one security guard who was trying to be helpful, but the rest were not.
