I sent Barry A******** 8 *** ******* Drones with the understanding that the drones would be exchanged for stock in the company or sold for 1800.00 per unit. Mr. A******** has not address either resolution. I requested Mr. A******** return the drones as he has not given any indication of providing stock in the company or paying for them.

Signed up for F2F thinking it might be solution to then unemployment as a function of my 14yrs at a regional coming to an end as a result of COVID. As time went on with the program and the promises that were made at the start, were constantly missed, it became apparent that the business was not honoring the original plan. I signed up with 799.00 as I was an early adopter as a rated pilot the cost was reduced. As more and more people started asking questions about refunds, they offered a refund sign up. I put my name on it with the signed agreement. This was last year. Not a single communication from them since, nor any has any looked at the last email sent since I tagged it with a read reply. I have been patient wanting to see if something comes of the refund agreement. I suspect the person dealing with refunds either quit or was fired, as such the email would never get answered. They did setup a email for the refunds but they aren't responding to that either.

I was told in March that I would receive a refund for the AD course which did not follow through with its promises of curriculum and jobs offered. I contacted customer service via phone and email to follow up on refund and still have not received it.

I had purchased an online course for $1300 from Aquiline drones and over the past 8 months i have not been able to get in contact with them aside from one time where my situation was escalated to the CEO who promised to help and call me back within 48 and refund my money since i can never get in contact with them and receive no service, that was over a month and a half ago and ive never been able to get ahold of them again. i will call them over 50 times a day with no answer, I've left voicemails, and sent emails with no responses.

I signed a refund settlement and NDA for Aquiline Drones in February to receive a refund for the money to enroll in ****** ** *** ******. By signing this document by the deadline, I should have received my $999 refunded. To date, I have not received my refund. I have contacted the CEO of the company regarding the refund and received multiple assurances and exact dates of check distributions, twice, but to date, I have not received anything. I have an email trail of communication that includes 400 Aquiline Drones "students" complaining about the same refund issue. I have attached a copy of the release and settlement for your review. The general public should be warned about Aquiline Drones. Barry A******** is taking money and not providing the services, then KEEPS your money. There are so many issues regarding this scam called F2F, (****** ** *** ******) unmanned, autonomous drone services. He needs to be stopped. His latest scam involves sending drones to Ukraine. He desires to "send" 1000 drones. He has proposed to send 40 while he requests $3000 from individuals that want to "sponsor" a drone for each of the remaining 920 drones he has promised to send over. See ********************************************************** This is not possible. His drones are not US-made, he doesn't have a government contract, and nor does the US government need his drones. He, Barry A********, is a liar. I have the proof, the email chain, and his direct responses to requests for refunds.
