On February 20, 2023 I had a delivery of an Upright Freezer by STAR Hardware thru ****** * *** *** ***** * ********* ******* ****** *** *** ****. The Appliance delivery was under the name **** ******* #*** *** ****. The order was place In the beginning of December, 2022 thru the ****. #*** *** **** JEFF. INFO ******* ******** #*** *** ****.the delivery of the freezer went Wrong. The 2 non speaking English guys put the freezer on a dollie to bring it into my cellar. They went the wrong way. They brought around the stairs and not the other side of the cellar. They hit the Main Water Line that blew off like a Fire Hydrant. The water pressure was strong. The guys got soaked, the cellar had flooding. I had no water into the house. Had to call a plumber under an emergency call to restore the water. The plumbers bill was $329.00. The pipe broke. Documents are enclosed. I have tried to have contact with STAR Hardware who handle the delivery. I have tried to contact STAR Hardware on this bad delivery. I got no answers thru their customer service. I would like to have the plumbers bill of 329.00 refund to me. Sincerely, ***** *****
