Beware!! I’ve had this policy for several years! The same trees have been in my yard the entire time! They dropped my Homeowners because they “decided “ they would no longer cover homes that had tree limbs near the home. It wasn’t an issue when I chose the policy!!! I’m now struggling to find insurance because they dropped me!!! BEWARE!!! Use a different insurance company!

Don't use Travelers, a complete rip off. I canceled my policy in plenty of time and they charged me over $100 for a so-called policy change. Don't use them

They are a pain when you need to cancel the policy After cancelling a weekprior to the new month they withdraw the monthly payment any ways and so after putting a dispute with my back got my money back, but now i got a letter from collection that i own them $53.xx lol I wont pay you any cent and i will put bad reviews on all the websides until i get this fix ***** ******* 

Had Travelers for years. Filed a claim when a tree dropped a branch on the front of my home, ruining landscaping, my front porch railing, etc. in 2019. Their inspector came out to examine our roof to see if it needed replaced (installed in 2014) due to tree limb damage and they said absolutely not, that our roof was in fantastic shape, and since the tree was removed completely, would last another good 10 years at least. Come in May 2024, I get an email saying our roof needs replaced or they’re going to drop us. After requesting why, they sent me a grainy areal satellite image of my house saying we had granular loss because of shaded areas. Our neighbors’ had the same shading on the same faces of their roofs, indicating it was simply shadows. I also looked at the weather from those days and we had experienced a few days of rain/flood watches/severe thunderstorms warnings — the picture was taken (months before the email, may I add) the morning after the rain had finally dissipated and surfaces were still wet (and we have a brown/tan roof which shows recent rain). I sent the company the weather summary of those days and reminded them of their own inspection declaring our roof in perfect shape just years prior. They refused to acknowledge shadows, the rain we experienced, or their own inspection results and told us to replace the roof within a 30 days or we’ll be dropped. Absolutely ZERO consideration or care for their customers.

They reward their loyal customers who have had no accidents or tickets by raising their monthly premiums payments over a $100 higher . I'm definitely looking for insurance elsewhere

If I could 0 stars I absolutely would . I had Travelers insurance from the time I brought my home up to now . I recently got a letter stated they wasn’t going renew my policy bc some bowing not really damaged I was beyond confused why do that to someone if something would have happened to my property I would be out of luck bc of how they handle business I’m glad they dropped me bc this company will hit rock bottom how they treat ppl it’s not fair at all I wish I had read the reviews before going with they company and thank God for covering my property when they feel like they have to pay for something they drop you but the whole time you paying insurance it’s fine looks to have a shady inspector as well everyone review about the same I will continue to pray God shut the crooks down give them a taste of their own medicine firm on believing you can’t do people wrong and get away with it fix it Jesus lead everyone here to read the reviews so they will not purchase no type of insurance

Travelers reinstated the policy after giving notice to the Agent Karl Grace Insurance located at **** ****** ***** ****** ******* ** ****** The notice was given end of February 2024 after closing a property located in ********** ******* with all property, auto and other insurances from a different insurance agent. The amount charged was $791.67 and Travelers only refunded $763.63. Therefore, I demand fully refund my charges since notice of cancellation was given and I consider the charges made as Fraud.

I've had travelers home insurance since I bought my home on 7/1/2020. On 7/15/2020 the water main broke and flooded my basement. This was before I even made my 1st mortgage payment. I received a letter yesterday 5/28/2024 that I was being not being renewed because of this claim. So for 4 years they had no problem taking my money and now all of a sudden they won't cover me and I can't get anyone on the phone. Run far away from Travelers.

Id leave zero stars if i could. They will cancel you 2 months after you sign up with them. They tell you when u sign up there will be a inspection and if you need to fix anything you will have time to do so. Well i got a letter in the mail from travelers saying your being canceled. No working with you or anything. Id like to know how you can lie to people and take there money. Hopefully travelers can go bankrupt and shit down!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THESE CRIMINALS.

Don't ever deal with this shady company. They are still hanging on to my money and I've had to get the SEC involved and hired a lawyer as well. They work with UBS fund company and won't let you get your money out when you want to leave that fund company. You have been warned!
