I was given a $100 gift card to Vip over a year ago, I have visited the store multiple times and tried to use the gift card and every time I am told they are not excepting them and they cannot do anything for me such as giving a refund etc.Initial Complaint

We purchased a product ($60) from the ********** store on or about 2/26/23. Upon opening the box, we discovered that the battery was completely eroded and the product was unusable. We stopped in the store shortly thereafter and were told that the employee who rang us out should have checked the box at that time because they have a “no return” policy and there was nothing they could do. That never happened. The employee provided us with an email address and we never heard back. I called again and was provided with two alternate email addresses. The first email address we were given was incorrect. We have reached out four times via email and once in person and have not heard back to date. We would like a refund for the product and there is no other way to get in touch with anyone according to the employees. Thank you so much in advance for your time and attention to this!
