The last payment I made to Landmark Center for Behavioral Health was after my last appointment with Dr. K*****. It was a $30 co-pay for the appointment. I received the billing statement for this fee on September 30th, 2022 and paid it on October 2nd, 2022. Then I cancelled my next appointment, and informed the office a month in advance as to avoid a late fee. I was informed if I did not make a follow up appointment with the Dr. that I would be dropped as a patient. I was okay with this and confirmed I would not be receiving a late fee for the appointment I cancelled. They confirmed I would not. On October 8th, I noticed a fee on my patient portal for $164 I needed to pay, and emailed the Landmark Center to inquire what the charge was for. I also called and left messages, but neither form of communication received an answer. I had no billing statement when October came to a close like I normally do if I owe at the end of the month. On November 11th, my card was charged for a total of $155, and I inquired again what this charge was for. I have not gotten any contact from the business since October 11th, in an email in which they did not answer my questions about the fee. I believe I am being charged for services I did not receive.
