On February 9, 2022, I purchased a gift certificate for $50.00 for Parkville Market on their website. I supplied the email for which I wanted the gift certificate to go. To this day, the gift ard wa never sent nor received, despite email, and phone calls. I actually spoke to a represenative on Thursday, March 10 and she assured me that she would let the senior manager know and they would contact me either by email or phone call to let me know how I could receive the giftcard. She also said that they have had trouble with the gift cards lately. I also emailed them on March 14.Business response

We did refund this customer on 3/28 and I have attached the refund receipt here. I also personally emailed the customer and let them know that I would be happy to hop on a phone call to discuss the issue and offered a gift card to them for the trouble on their next visit.

This is the first time I have received any information about a problem. I have forwarded it to the General Manager and the Director of Operations for the Parkville Market. We will be in touch to remedy this as soon as possible.
