On 10/29/2023 around 9:30 pm my two daughters and I went to Tisane’s for dinner and to attend their Halloween party at 10 pm. We had dinner, our bill came to $113. Which I paid with my ******* *** credit card. After dinner we stayed for the Halloween party. I gave the bartender Dex my card to hold, to run a tab. Later I went to the bar to get another round of drinks. Which was very busy! While waiting I witnessed Dex consuming drinks (shots) with customers. I also noticed the disorganization of the bar staff. I asked Dex for two drinks, he asked how was I paying? I said card, I’m running a tab. He could not find my tab. I told him what I previously ordered and my last name and the last 4 digits of my card. He still could not find my card. While waiting a lady next to me had two extra drinks on her tab. I then decided it was time to go. I asked Dex to close me out. I was then closed out and charged $21.47 on my ******* *** card. The next day I woke up to two additional charges from Tisane’s, in the amounts of $35 and $36. Which I called ******* *** to dispute. Because the charges were pending I had to wait till the went through. I checked today and three charges went through one still pending. A fraudulent charge of $87.25 was placed. The charge for $35 that is still pending is fraudulent also. I have opened a claim with ******* **** I will need to do another for the pending charge one it goes through. I was not satisfied with Dex and his manager whom I spoke with. The manager was allowing the behavior of the bartenders. Which is unexceptable and very unprofessional. I did not sign for any charges except for $112.72 and $21.47.
