I had pre-paid for services at this business and I had an appointment for 3/5/22 at 5:45 pm. I had also scheduled an appointment for my friend for the same time and asked for it and I was told yes and to schedule it online which I did. Same day of the appointment I got a call from the scheduler saying that she did not had an appointment for my friend that the registration was never completed. I provided proof that it was done. Since my friend couldn’t go I had to cancel my appt since I had made plans for the day around the appt that we had scheduled. I was charged $150 for a service that was already paid off in advanced. I have the email of the charges. On top of that is showing as a continuing billing on my bank. They had said yes for my friends appt and we had plan for that for them to tell me she had no appt. I want my money back and a refund for the services that I paid and I will not get since I do not want to go back ever again to this place. Per their page reviews this has happened before. They are stealing peoples money when they are the ones messing the appointments or their website is not working the way is supposed to. I want my $150 and 3 services I had left to get that were already paid off.
