  On March 3rd of 2022 around 9am. I realized my car had been towed because it wasn’t parked in my parking lot. I called local pd to see where it went and they couldn’t provide any info because my car wasn’t reported to them as towed. I called ct auto and tow to see if they had my car because they are connected with my lot. They did. After paying 126 dollars to get my car, I drive off (already 2 hours late to work). About 5 minutes in to my drive I get a call from one of the employees informing me my car had a bad leak and I should turn around and get it checked. This was shooking to me because my car is brand new and had just went under inspection. I’ve never a leak prior to the tow. I felt uneasy and didn’t want to go back but wanted to see what was going on. After pulling into a valvoline I was informed my car was not in good condition due to a puncture in my oil pan. My car was spewing oil and was almost completely empty. (The mechanics took a video for me). I called ct auto back and informed them of my damages and my concern (at this point I’m 3/4 hours late to work, can’t drive my car because it won’t hold oil and stressed) They offer to fix and tow at a cost. And said my car got there like that. I know for a fact my car was in great condition prior so that wasn’t the case. An hour goes by and I have to spend $220 on a tow and $115 dollars on a Uber to and from work(I work 45 minutes away from my job). Due to these unexpected Damages and all the company had to offer was a fee and prices to fix. No accountability or remorse was shown. It’s now 5 days and I have to spend $500 to get it fixed and another $220 tow fee. Since the damages causes to my car I’m out over $1250 and lost clients due to my lateness and inconveniences (I’m self employed).

  after reviewing the pictures and video sent to us from the complainant the pin hole puncture was high up on the oil pan and the plastic engine under cover didnt have a scratch on it let alone any damage.  there is no way the tow truck which only touches the tires on said vehicle could have put a pin hole up on the side of the oil pan especially without crunching the plastic under cover

  I am rejecting this response because: my vehicle was in perfect condition prior to being towed that morning. I drive to and from *** ***** on a daily basis. With that said my oil tank would have been emptied. The way the oil was spewing out of my car my oil pan couldn’t even hold oil for 2 hours. Let alone 8 hours over night plus more. 
  my oil pan was damaged on your property. Either by a tow truck or an employee intentionally. 
  I may be a women but I know my car and what I do with my car. My car was in perfect condition, then after picking up my car I get a phone call from an employee telling me my cars leaking oil very bad and I need come get it to fixed. For a fee.
