So there are 2 accounts with them, one *** and one media. They don't define criteria for media account. Vary vague and miss interpretation of requirements. Both Peter r******* and Bill B****** have sent multiple emails and lack any sort of standards honestly. This isn't about the money it's about their rules and lack of professionalism and clear cut fees/attendance structure. I've known how to get in and as the second party to **** with a retail/range account already but not the media side I/We kinda wanted to do product videos from the event and post on an allowable platform but got denied after paying an additional 150 dollars ( on 12/19/2023 ) and setting up a whole new podcast/website/platform that cost an additional 75 dollars earlier per peters first email ( 11/9/2023 ) with hours of build time and 4 show only to be shut down and denied with zero explanation or much of a response from both Peter or Bill. I've raised multiple questions and they refuse to answer them. This organization allows launching new products but says ignorant thing like beefed up numbers maybe next year but won't define "numbers". If I can launch a new product with no numbers, ******* channels can be defined as media criteria and the intent to really launch and our slow roll out leading up to shot starting mid November, then define "numbers". I ******* the second party here have a decade old ******* channel with 78 related videos and almost 3k subscribers yet the new one's numbers aren't "Beefed Up" enough, well again Bill and whom it may concern, define "Numbers clearly"!Business response

Mr. ****** was charged $150 on 12/20/23 and was refunded $150 on 1/3/24. All monies paid have been refunded.

That's fine, now answer is my channel seeing how I somehow did videos at shot show allowed in next year as "Media" or do you have an arbitrary requirement that you don't list? These complaints where in the original complaint along with files and screenshots. You may have refunded **** ****** but I spent and am building a brand to attend as media and you haven't answered that question yet. Seeing how **** quit after 4 shows my new co host and me would like to attend as media but I doubt you've added a more clear "Media Attendees requirement category". Would like to solve this before to far along this year.Customer response
