September 6, 2023. I agreed to a contract with budget dry. The company came out on Nov 6 to start the process of removing our old perimeter drain and sump pump and replacing it with a new drain and two new sump pumps. Over the two days the crew was down in the basement the foreman changed how things would be done ( different than what was agreed upon). Thus, instead of having two new drainage sites, they had the pipes going through the side of the basement wall and over the electrical panel and they hooked it to the old drainage site. They were suposed to replace the wall vapor barrier and completely forgot and had to come back another day. I questioned the change of plan and was told at the time everything they did including the drainage would be covered by warranty and they would be responsible if anything happened. I called them in Dec due to hearing water dripping behind the vapor barrier they placed and was told if there is no water it's okay and normal by the secretary. In January before my contractor was supposed to start work to finish the basement, my husband and I noticed water on the floor and called the company again. This was Wed Jan 10. They told me the owner would come out Jan 15. My contractor and electrician states having a pipe above the electrical panel is a code issue. The owner came out and stated repairs to things that were not done correctly. He states the office would call me. From that day onward, I have not once received a phone call from the company. I have called thou and it took me two weeks to get them to give me a date to come out and even more days to get a written warranty. I have requested multiple times to have the owner contact me because all I want is to work to be completed as agreed in the original contract. Everyone I have contacted over the phone has stated that they are busy (last week) and this week multiple people from the company refuse to answer my emails to allow me to contact the owner or have the owner contact me.Business response

We will be out on the first week of March to address all of these concerns and make repairs. There will be no charge for any of the repair work. We have communicated our time frame and scope of work with the homeowner. If there is anything else, you would like me to do please feel free to call or email me.Customer response
