I had a monthly membership with orange theory that I placed on freeze over a year ago due to covid. When I placed my account on freeze, I had already paid my monthly dues for the upcoming month, which was about $170. I was told by the previous studio manager via email that my first month back at the gym once my account was taken off freeze would be paid for, as I was already billed the cost for that month when I froze my account. I have since decided not to re-activate my account and have had multiple email discussions with the new manager regarding a refund for the month I paid for that will no longer be using. The new manager has responded to the portions of my emails about me canceling my account, but still has not addressed how I will receive my refund. I have emailed multiple times inquiring about my refund and it has now been about two months since my last email and I have not received any type of response or the refund itself.Business response
