A large group of us attended a comedy show here on May 14th 2022. We were significantly overcharged for drinks that were put in differently than how we ordered them (we ordered straight from the menu, with no requested additions, such as top shelf liquor) food we never received, and then verbally assaulted and threatened by our server and a supposed manager when we asked for the issue too be fixed, the night of. When I reached out to speak to a manager the following Tuesday, May 17th, I was told we would be receiving a full refund. I am yet to receive that refund, and I've contacted this business two additional times to try to get this issue resolved, and have received no response.
