Its website states “workmanship comes backed with a written warranty" and "satisfaction guaranteed service." According to the BBB Code of Advertising, when using the terms guarantee or warranty, the advertiser must clearly and conspicuously include a statement that the complete details can be seen prior to sale. These details should disclose any material limitations on the guarantee or warranty. In addition, advertisers should only use satisfaction guarantee or similar representations in advertising if the seller refunds the full purchase price of the advertised product or service at the consumer's request. BBB suggested that if it is not its policy to refund the full purchase price that it modify or discontinue this claim and link to its warranty and guarantee terms, but did not receive a response..
