They immediately contracted my *** listing to another company, List with *******, who has repeatedly failed to provide accurate information, despite repeat attempts to get it corrected, which is necessary for a home to be listed for sale. At least 4 days of potential listing time has been lost and it is still unlisted due to them having the wrong address on the listing and then legal documents. Property address is *** ********* **** ***** ** and they keep using my billing address *** **** ***** ***** ******* **

Hi - I think there was a lot of confusion on this listing and I apologize for any inconvenience. The customer was refunded on 3/23 and was communicated to them at that time. I believe this complaint was submitted while we were working on the refund. I believe the customer is good to go and wish them well on their home sale.Initial Complaint

On Aug 4th 2022 I selected isoldmyshouse.com MLS listing service for $299 that specifically states "no listing agent commission" and "our simple pricing has no hidden costs". After I went through the entire process I realized that isoldmyshouse.com is just a front that actually forwards the listing request to another website ******************* that ended up charging me a listing commission (one tenth of a percent which in my case will be around $400).Business response

Hi - I tried reaching out to you directly via email to help you out and clarify the complaints you have but you are not responding to me. We are sorry for the points you raise and that you feel the way you do. Unfortunately some areas of the US are harder to provide our service for and we always want to make sure that our partner brokers are the best options for you when selling your house with our service. Your home is located in one of these hard to service areas and our partner brokers in that area DO NOT charge you any extra fees, however, they do take the 1/10th of 1% of the commission out of what is paid to the buyers agent, this is again not anything additional you would have to pay. I do agree with you that this can be confusing for a seller and that is why we only use that broker in these very hard to service counties in the US, which there is only a handful of them. I did offer you a full refund and I hope both my explaination and the refund shows that we do in-fact want to make sure you are happy with our service.Customer response
