I used ISoldMyHouse.com to sell a condo, which saved me between $15,000 and $23,000 (depending on the 2023 typical realtor listing agreement range of 4% - 6%). With ISoldMyHouse.com, a homeowner submits a description of their property, along with photographs; and then they fill out a form with detail that will display on an MLS listing. The homeowner determines what they’ll pay a buyer’s broker. The website presents straightforward information, which is no different than the “fine print” you see in the contract. A few clicks on the site allow you to make edits to your listing (including changes to photographs) as well as post your Open Houses. I found the process easy, and when I had questions, I emailed a site representative, who answered quickly. Everyone I dealt with at ISoldMyHouse.com was professional, helpful, and friendly. Using I Sold My House.com worked extremely well. I welcomed many prospective direct buyers into my home and also received many calls from brokers who then came with their clients to view the property. The home was on the market for only four (4) days when we received a selling price for the advertised price. The process of listing my house was very easy and straight forward. The customer service was amazing and very prompt! In a low inventory market and having a beautiful home that would be move in ready, we knew it would sell easily, which is why we wanted to try to sell it ourselves and keep some of the equity we built up for our selves. It was a bit stressful showing the house ourselves, but we were in control of the showings and did the tours with prospective buyers. I sold my house.com made It’s very easy to download all the important paperwork. We did hire a closing attorney to review all documents. We saved$24,000 by not paying a listing agent but did pay the buyers agent 2.5% All in all the process was very easy. I’d do this again if I ever sell another house.ISoldMyHouse.com Response

In this low inventory market with a turn key home to sell, we appreciated keeping $21,660 of our own hard earned equity by selling ourselves! We hired a lawyer to complete our seller paperwork which only cost us around $500. We did pay a buyer's agent 2% of the total cost yet well worth it in order to be on the national MLS listing. We bought our own lock box, viewed agent credentials before we permitted them into our home with perspective buyers, and were in control of all the showing appointments. We were impressed with the extent of interest, the number of showings, and how quickly we sold. All communication with ISoldMyHouse.com was met with a prompt response. I listed my condo with Isoldmyhouse.com 2 weeks ago. The listing was promptly put online and calls/emails started right away. The 2nd showing I received a verbal offer. After a couple negotiating phone calls, we came to an Agreement. I saved over $10,000 in commissions and the process was very easy. We sold our house using ISoldMyHouse.com and they were terrific! Their website is easy to use and the employees are awesome. We had our house on one of the popular websites trying to sell it but didn't get any true offers. Then we put it in the MLS through ISoldMyHouse.com and we got multiple offers. I never thought it would be this easy saving a LOT of money. All documentation to set up the listing and close the sale was done online with DocuSign. Only one in-person meeting at time of closing was necessary, and even that could have been done online. I ordered the lockbox and one sign; I got an offer before it even arrived. If you think you're going to need a lockbox, be sure that your property doesn't get listed before the product arrives (2-4 days).ISoldMyHouse.com Response
