I have had 4 experiences in 2022 with Tires International and have been lied to on all four occasions. My company has 3 vehicles that I have brought there and they come back worse and more broken each time, and the manager Dale lies when confronted about it. Vehicle 1 - Came in for rear brakes, tires, and balance. Upon receiving the vehicle back there was a horrific shake at 65 MPH which did not exist before, and the brand new brakes were squealing. I brought back the truck and they said they replaced the brakes and re-balanced the rims. Once again, there was no change and I still had the issue. Dale said it was due to a "supply issue" and they were forced to use a different than normal supplier. This was after the counter employee told me that it is not their problem that the brakes they supplied had issues. Vehicle 2 - We were told that the thermostat needed to be replaced to fix the heating problem. We agreed and got the truck back with a new thermostat and had the same issue. We then were told they had to reflush the coolant because there was an air bubble. After they attempted that, we still had the same issue. After discussing with Dale, he said more parts needed to be replaced to fix problem, but never offered to refund the thermostat they put in that the van did not need. The techs also broke the dashboard clips taking it apart, and left it half assembled with the wiring harness hanging down in the passenger foot area. Vehicle 3 - This van had an air bag sensor issue. They replaced the air bag sensor and the light still came on about 50 miles after leaving. The answer we received on this issue, like the rest, was that they needed to replace more parts to fix the problem. In the middle of all these errors, we still took the time to discuss with Dale all the issues. He blamed suppliers, he blamed his employees, but he never did the right thing. We have spent $2059.53 on repairs and only have worse problems than when we started.

We did brakes for the *** ****** on 01/02/2022 We used ****** severe duty brake pads but at the time we were only able to get the cheapest brake rotors. We would have preferred to use the ****** E coated brake rotors but they were not available. He came in in March or April and the rotors were all rusted already. I told him I would replace them with ****** Brakes again. He dropped off the truck and said we could have the truck for 2 days after 2 hours we had not gotten to do the work and he told me he would pick it up and not to touch it.

I offered to to the work but he refused to let me do the work.

The **** van had a code for the thermostat and a complaint of no heat. We changed the thermostat and the code did not return but they complained of not heat, We found the the van had an air pocket in the system that did not bleed out at the initial replacement.  They came back a few days later and there was no heat again. I went for a ride with **** and we had heat during our test drive together.  Another time they brought in the van and there was no heat. The van had an intermittent issue with the heating blend door. There are a few different blend door motors so I ordered all of them so that we could do it in 1 day. It took about 2 weeks to get them due to back order issues The parts store found 1 motor at a part store in ***** ********.

It had to be shipped in. I'm am not immune to faulty parts or supply issues.

When **** worked for another heating contractor they did work at my house and the part the installed failed 2 months. We did not have heat for 2 days but was not their fault. It was a faulty part. Again I am not immune to faulty parts.

We replaced the air bag sensor that the code was for and after a couple week the air bag had a different code sighting a wiring circuit.

I brought my van in for a problem with squishy brakes. A brake pedal that would sink to the floor. They serviced it and the problem persisted. I brought it back. They replaced a part (master cylinder) called me told me it was done. Picked it up drove about 3 miles and the front brakes (and or calipers) seized. Called them, they sent a tow truck. Attempted to fix again, still same problems. They informed me today they are "done" with trying and to come get the vehicle. That they didn't know what else could be wrong. Mind you the van was drivable before they put a bunch of random parts in it. Now the brakes lock up instead of slightly squishy. I have driven the car in 3 times and it has been towed twice. To the same place for the same problem. He told me hes not trying anymore and told me to sue him and hung up on me. My vehicle is still at tires international.

Ms. ****** brought the Caravan in for squishy brake pedal. We did a brake inspection and found that the outer brake pads were wedged into the caliper bracket and would not collapse against the brake rotor to stop the car. Only the inside brake pad was moving resulting in a squishy brake pedal. We removed the brake pads and lubed them so that they moved freely.

After we did that we test drove the car around the block and no issues found. The car was picked up and later that night the brakes locked up. We replaced the master cylinder and LR brake caliper. The brakes would only lock up after the car sat for over 3 hours and parked on an incline.

We tried to resolve the issue. We replaced the master cylinder twice all the brake calipers and hoses, the brake booster twice, the aux vacuum pump, vacuum boost sensor, brake pads and rotors at no charge. We replaced over $1000 worth of parts plus hours of labor.

I can't explain why the brakes would self engage after the car sat for over three hours. It doesn't make sense. We were unable to resolve the issue and Ms. ****** wanted me to pay to have the van fixed and I refused.
