      I'm not normally one to leave reviews but these negative ones really irritated me as they seemed to be people who were frustrated at the GLOBAL supply shortage situation and taking out their anger on the retailer so I thought I'd give my experience. To start I will say the website does look really outdated but hey works for them I guess. The item I got was in stock and shipped within 24 hours. Got confirmation updates and was notified when it shipped and a link to track it through UPS. Got the item five days later and had no issues whatsoever, 10/10 would buy again. The bottom line is (no pun intended) if you need an item right away and aren't prepared to wait a bit then backordering is probably not your best option. Fortunately for me the item I ordered was in stock and everything went as smoothly as it could. Side note: 5 stars for the review responses alone. I've never seen a business call out bad reviewers like that and I absolutely love it

      If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, they take your credit card for a preorder, then will ship your items 6-9 months later even after you have canceled the order without any recourse. This is the second time this is happening to me, and I have filed a dispute with my CC company to reverse the charges. I wouldn't wish this buisness on my worst enemy, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, TRUST ME YOU WILL BE SORRY.

      Unfortunately, your review is inaccurate. Customers can cancel orders at any time after the first 24 hours, up until inventory arrives, via our website. Customers are not charged for preorders until they ship. While customers wait for preorders, they are provided with an e-mail every single week reminding them of the order. At the top of every e-mail is a link to the order's status where they can cancel the order. Canceled orders don't ship, so you didn't cancel your order. It's pretty much that simple. You're aware of this as you placed several orders with us, and received plenty of e-mail about those orders every single week.

      BLT takes more orders for products then they have in stock. This is an abhorrent practice, a computer tech company like BLT should only take an order if they have the product in stock and can immediately reserve, assign, and then ship that product to the consumer. My experience with BLT has matched that of the overall sentiment towards BLT. The company just doesn't have their stuff together. Whether they are overextending for the size of the business or just lack the ability to fulfill stock, either way it doesn't excuse the fact that they sell products before actually having them in stock. It appears BLT does NOT get priority fulfillment of their products from manufacturers and 3rd party wholesalers. In fact BLT functions more like a store that is attempting to dropship products from other companies and has to rely on the availability of those products from the dropshipping websites/companies. Finally, BLT will raise prices on you after you reserve the product if the prices go up on the product they are selling. This is a further indicator of a dropshipping setup. And even if it isn't I find raising prices after a consumer has reserved a product to be a gross consumer practice by BLT. Overall, its just easier and often cheaper to order from any other store. In my experience, BLT isn't a scam, its just a poorly run online store that doesn't guarantee that you will get the product you ordered for the price you ordered it at.

      For your orders, had you been a little more patient, they would have been filled. We have a surplus of inventory for one of the orders you placed, at this very moment. Nevertheless, we allow customers to get in line, at no charge, for difficult to obtain items. Orders can be canceled at any time if customers no longer wish to wait. We are not a manufacturer and have no control over that process. We simply must wait for manufacturers to product and ship items. Placing an order for an out of stock item does not reserve pricing, as is stated online before an order is placed. If pricing changes on an item while a customer is waiting, and that pricing is not an amount we can absorb, customers are notified in advance of inventory arriving. If, when inventory arrives, the pricing difference is still an amount we cannot absorb, customers are not obligated to continue with the purchase. All of this happens while the customer has paid zero dollars in advance. Lastly, manufacturers and suppliers dictate pricing. We have not raised our markup in 31 years.

      No, you cancelled my order. Additionally you should order the products and only sell them once you have actual inventory to sell instead of dropshipping the products.

      As another user stated, I find the reviews about the GPUs quite unfair. My recent purchase was prepared and shipped in under an hour. Plus the price is always lower on their website due to no tax/shipping fees. I normally wouldn't leave a review unless I've had extensive experience with the product however seeing the reviews below really irked me as the issues aren't even specific to BLT. As of now, they are quite trustworthy and I will be patronizing them for the foreseeable future for my tech purchases. Thank you, BLT.

      Ordered from them, took three months. Item never arrived but was marked delivered. Because I had forgotten about it (let be honest, who remembers to check on a package for three months) , they aren't doing anything for me because it had been too long. I only have one mailbox and check it daily sooooo it never arrived. I know

      You were notified by e-mail that your order was shipping. You were then e-mailed a receipt with tracking information. The $13 item was then delivered by the postal service. Per the Terms of Sale, you must notify us within 30 days of a lost shipment claim. We cannot honor a claim for a lost shipment 2 months after delivery as we cannot open a case with the postal service that late after delivery. We notified you of this by e-mail then you proceeded to harass us with FAXes from *******, and told us that you'd see us on the review boards. Unfortunately, we cannot force customers to read the e-mails we send, or the Terms of Sale we present.

      I read reviews here before ordering from BLT and was hesitant. Thought I'd post a positive review. I pre-ordered something and they was provided more info then is typical regarding such a transaction. The item arrived at their warehouse within days of when the manufacturer said to expect it in the US. BLT also posted the manufacturer eta on their site. BLT promptly shipped it and provided the tracking. All this at less than any other retailer is selling this item... And free shipping on top of that. A heavy item coast to coast in a few days free. I don't have the item yet but there is nothing I have to complain about. People typically only come here to complain. I'm here to post a positive review. Thanks BLT. Anyone leaving bad reviews related to GPUs during a supply shortage impacting the entire planet Earth is being unreasonable.
