      I stayed at the Grand Pequot Tower and was disappointed. Not worth the money, too expensive. The main reason is toom smelled and bed sheets were not clean and not pleasant room was run down snd smelly. Will never return again.

      My name is Ron I have been going to Foxwoods for many years but the last two have been the worst I just recently stayed at grand Pequat hotel was a suite come back to my room at 12 noon other people walking around in my room saying it was there room my check out was 2 pm that I made sure of day before more then once in 12/21/2023 just a couple months ago was charged 575 dollars for they said they found a cigarette butt never smoked a day in my life they did say sorry but still charged me and today the last day for me got my paper work from them and last year was close to 1 million dollars I hope it was worth it to them but I guess it was ps see how much they really care

      I was a customer at foxwoods for many years, unfortunately I've lost thousands, but I earned free complimentary rooms and for all those years I always had rooms available, recently I had five sometimes six rooms available every week. I currently have a gold card. I had three reservations for June, all complimentary. I cancelled one for early June, suddenly I went from five or six nights free a week to absolutely none. Not in many years have I ever had that, even with a blue card when I used to play for hours on only the free slot play given me I had free rooms available, but I've lost thousands over the years and now they took all my free rooms available, from rooms available every week to absolutely none at all. They gave the excuse that I didn't play enough in the month of Way, basically. I can't even not gamble for a month as a gold card holder and lose all complimentary rooms? I'm really sick over it and I'm leaving reviews everywhere I can. Of course anyone with any intelligence knows foxwoods is a bad casino, I got stuck there but I did earn those free rooms.

      To WHOEVER runs FOXWOODS, HOW DARE YOU!!?!? I spend THOUSANDS in your Casino, I plan a THREE DAY TRIP with my Wife for our 15th anniversary and YOU BOOK ME INTO A HOTEL THAT DOESN'T HAVE RUNNING WATER FOR SIX HOURS A DAY? I DON'T CARE THAT YOU'RE BUILDING A NEW RESTAURANT, WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE TO ME? HALF YOUR RESTAURANTS AREN'T OPEN EARLY IN THE WEEK AND THE ONE'S THAT ARE, OTHER THAN SCORPION BAR SUCK! YOU CAN'T EVEN GET A DECENT BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING, JUNIORS IS AWFUL AND SOMEHOW CAPUTO'S MANAGES TO BE EVEN WORSE! BACON WAS HARDER TO CHEW THAN STALE JERKY!!! I ACTUALLY HAD TO LEAVE YESTERDAY TO GO EAT AT ******* *****! I CALLED THE FRONT DESK THIS MORNING TO LET THEM KNOW THAT MY TOILET WASN'T WORKING AND WAS TALKED TO LIKE I'M A COMPLETE MORON! I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS INFORMED THAT THE WATER WOULD BE SHUT OFF BETWEEN 1 AND 7:00 AM WHEN I CHECKED IN !!! I CAN GIVE ZERO EFFS WHAT TIME OF DAY IT IS, WHEN I'M SPENDING MONEY AND GETTING AWAY WITH MY WIFE TO UNWIND FROM LIFE, I EXPECT WATER, A WORKING TOILET, AND SHOWER ALL DAY!!! NO, I WASN'T INFORMED!!! NO THERE WASN'T A LETTER IN MY ROOM!!! BECAUSE IF I HEARD OR READ ANYTHING THAT ABSOLUTELY ABSURD, I WOULD 1000% NOT EVEN HAVE CHECKED IN OR LEFT IMMEDIATELY!!! HOW UNSANITARY AND ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING TO BOOK PEOPLE INTO A HOTEL WITH NO RUNNING WATER FOR HOURS ON END, NOT A MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN, A PLANNED EVENT!!! GTFOOH!!! WHAT IF WE PUKED OR HAD DIARRHEA AT 3:00AM??? SERIOUSLY???       Last night I went to a show at the Premiere Theater in the Fox Tower. Plenty of security, I have no problem with that. As we approached the metal detectors, we were met by security holding a laminated piece of paper with a 8”X5” rectangle in it. A purse or any other bag was measured against the diagram. If your bag was even a hair bigger (like mine was) you were not allowed to bring it into the theater. We were told we had to either bring it to the Hotel check in or bring it back to our car. It’s about 30 minutes until show time. I walked through the casino looking for check-in only to, obviously, stand in line with every other woman checking her purse…and only one person working there. The line was ridiculously long, as you can imagine, with people thinking they can just cut the line and walk right up the the counter. At this point it’s about 10 minutes to show time and there’s hundreds of people (I’m not exaggerating) waiting in this line. The issue is not the security measures, it’s the fact that we were told this just as we approached the theater doors. Then after the show, hundreds of woman are in line again retrieving their purses. If I had known this, I would have brought a purse that was 1/4” smaller in size. I checked the Foxwoods website and I did not find any information on this rule. I noticed several women with larger bags in the theater, only due to the fact that they were able to sneak/go through unnoticed because there’s thousands of woman getting their bags measured and only a handful of security employees.
