08/23 on this day I receive services which was a under arm and Brazilian wax because I am a member. I have a wax pass, which is being paid off monthly. Today I called to schedule a new appointment to get services and I was told that I had a balance of $200 and that my wax pass was canceled. One wax pass is $258.43 which was the under arm pass is paid in full and another one which is what I’m disputing today is my Brazilian wax pass which cost me about $564.72 with monthly installments. This is my second Brazilian wax pass I purchased from them with the 1st pass I payed $593.43 I spoke to a manager named Imani. She was being very aggressive very rude. I asked her if I can speak to someone other than her and she basically said someone was gonna call me back and no one called me back. I feel robbed and deprive from my services that I have been working hard to pay for. I need help with this issue. I would like at least my refund for my under arm pass and my wax pass in full and I no longer want services with these people? I am very disappointed in the European wax Center and I do not wish to do anymore business with them. Because they are not professional. I uploaded some dates that I was at the center which is the last time being in late August. They stated that they’ve been trying to reach me since June to pay for the wax pass. The last payment I made for this wax pass was in August and they are stating that I didn’t make a payment for the Brazilian since June, these people have been having an issue on my account for months and now finally they cancel my membership and is charging me a fee. I would like this resolved as soon as possible.Initial Complaint

Had wax pass and have been requesting to cancel since April 2023 with both the store as well as the corporate via website. No response, no call back nothing. A month ago I called in and this was my experience. "The assistant manager "Amani" was by far the rudest individual I've probably ever encounter at this location, Not only was she beyond rude, spoke over me while I spoke, she HUNG UP ON MY FACE when I asked for her name. I called back 4x and the location did not answer (vetting my calls) I had to call from my work number just so it can be answered and get the "assistant manager's" name. If that's the way they treat paying clients, you're better off taking a few extra min and going down to the Southington location, the franchise has a different owner. Its people like this working for your company that can and will ruin your business reputation. I also made a compliant on the cooperate website. maybe some more training she can have a better attitude." it has been months with no return calls or any help... all i am trying to do is cancel my wax pass
