      Date: February 27th, 2024 Amount Paid: $85.08 Came to get four brand new tires on my car. They scratched my brand new wheels while putting the new tires on. I took photos of my wheels beforehand just in case this happened so I knew exactly what they looked like before and after and they did nothing about it. Denied that they did it and said all of their tools are plastic and there’s no way it could have been them. When my boyfriend (who’s a mechanic) confronted them and started listing tools that could have done the damage they stopped using that as an excuse but still refused to do anything, didn’t even apologize. I asked to speak to the owner and they lied and said he wasn’t there when I saw him walking around the shop. I finally spoke to him and he denied it as well even though I had picture proof. Another customer there even said he saw them scratch them as he was there the entire time. Left and the tires weren’t even properly balanced. My car was so shaky. Also, they said it would take an hour to an hour and a half, they said they’d call me when they were done. About three hours later we go back after not receiving a phone call and they still weren’t finished with my car. In addition to my car… my boyfriend (who again is a mechanic) watched them tighten the lug nuts on another car and the worker sat there and just let the gun over tighten for about 5 seconds and most definitely stripped every single lug nut Phone calls are never answered, always closed randomly, job done wrong, bad customer service, etc… would never ever recommend this place.

      In July 2022 I purchased a vehicle from Robert owner of Heavenly Tires, within the 1st wk the check engine light went on along with other clearly UNSAFE issues we're now 2 months in and he's only replaced the O2 censors,keeps giving me the run around I bring the car in as usual it stays for about 3 days while I'm left with no transportation only to pick it back up and within 2-3 days check engine light comes back on. I'm not the only person he has done this too. He plays on people's vulnerability, tricks them into believing he's a man of God and will do anything to help u out...but the only thing he's helping is his pockets grow fatter from taking people's hard working earned money plus the elderly and their SSI checks.He's a theif and a cheater. Claims he doesn't want to put money into fixing it cause in his eyes he losing out...but I'm the one out $5,000!!!!

      September 29th I went to * * ********* in ******* and bought a tire rim for my 2017 ****** ******. They guided me up the street to Heavenly Tires LLC to mount my tire on my rim then put the tire on all services were paid for. Prior to this I only had a check engine light on. I notice that once my tire was put on the tire pressure light came on I mention it the Spanish gentlemen who placed the tire. Went and put air in all my tires to proper number light still didn’t go off. I drove an hour gown didn’t go off. I have done oil changes thinking it can be reset no. I just had my transmission rebuilt on 10/25/21 at a Nissan dealerships when then went to test drive they notice it filled the tires to proper pressure it went off they drove it went right back on they took it off and check my sensor is broken. I called Heavenly Tires and mention it. He fees how does he know that they didn’t break it he has to see it to know if he did it so basically the dealership documentation is not enough I live an hour away I told him I can not drive for a maybe I need it replaced I Dnt know the air in my tires it’s getting cold. I’m not replacing anything that I can’t see so what do you want from me he states I want him to fix my sensor. He said do what I have to do cause I’m arguing because I want him to look at what the dealership going and I can have Valvoline make a statement too that that light was on way before I did my transmission
