      Oct.2, we bought a kitten, paid$2,366.28 The store had guarantee us that the kitten was healthy and had all shots which they provided the proof of. first visit was on 10/21/2022 for watery discharge and sneezing Dr. N***** provided some medicines Dr. N***** also noticed that the kitten (*******) also had additional health concerns. He was diagnosed with a respiratory infection; ear infection and he was not dewormed. On 10/25/22 ******* second vet appt about eyes concern Dr. N***** suggested to see an eye specialist since his condition was not getting better The second week of April I noticed some changes in my Cat, on April 14th. Dr. N***** suggested to do a blood work and provided some medication April 20th we received the news our cat has FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis) based on the blood work, FIP is a deadly sickness which has 100% mortality rate. which explains why ******* has issues with his eyes. To confirm this was Dry FIP Dr. N***** suggested to do a second blood work testing for Coronavirus since FIP is the mutation of corona virus if ******* came back positive this would confirm the diagnosis the blood was done on April 20th and by April 23rd the diagnosis was confirmed. the amount of pain my family has suffer is unacceptable the kitten is only 10 months old. I called the owner of the store, and he didn’t show any empathy, I love my cat so much, hurts me to see him in pain, watching him deteriorate daily and knowing that there is nothing we can do to help. The lack of unprofessionalism we encounter from this store is not acceptable. When purchasing my kitten, we mentioned that we have two other cats at home, and the owners didn’t say anything about his infections which could have potentially spread to the other cats thankfully they are okay and super healthy. What we want from this is a reimbursement for all the vet bills and a refund of the cat we also hope that this store can go into a review and investigation of how they are keeping their animals,

      I went to Gentle jungle several days ago. it was a weekend, store packed, and I could only find one employee helping 5 playrooms at once. had to wait 25 minutes, yes 25 minutes, just to buy a single dog toy. animals were being pushed and hit by children and hamsters are being flung from their wheels. The one employee looked way too stressed and clearly couldnt take care of customers, nevermind the pets being abused in the store. when i was rung up i asked to spek to a manager. i was told they dont know when a manager would be on at all this week. So this one kid, maybe 20 years old, has to run the pet store by himself? the owner should be disgusted with his store. no wonder everything is half off, nobody wants to support a place run so poorly.
