This company misdiagnosed the repair needed for my vehicle and charged me $1266.03 on February 2, 2023. Upon calling them I was told to bring my car back and they would replace my catalytic converter with another one at no cost to me. After doing the repair the second time the check engine light came on 3 hours after I left the shop. Upon calling again Dan, the manager told me that he would do it a third time if needed but at this point it was done twice and I did not think they knew what the problem was and did not want them to work on the car again. I asked for a refund and was referred to someone named Mark who claimed to be the owner. He said that I asked them to change the converter therefore they did what I said without properly diagnosing the problem. I had never spoken to this man before. Initially I simply asked Dan if he thought the converter needed replacement and he said yes without verifying the issue. They asked me to bring it back a third time but they had two chances to diagnose the issue and got it wrong now I simply want a refund but was denied.

I was over charged for a normal vehicle brake job.Total price charged was 1840.49 dollars. This price covered front and rear brakes replacement. My front brake pads were replaced recently, within the last two months before Computer Tune & Lube over charged me for a brake job, that I questioned why I needed front brakes and they are new.I'm filing this report because I believe, they should be questioned about over charging customers.

In regards to Repair #*********, which was dated and signed on 4/8/2022 - The total cost of repair was a pre-quoted $1,730.60 plus tax. Which equaled $109.89. Mr. **** had driven to our facility and requested a diagnostic for his brake failure. He had no brake pedal at the time of arrival in a very heavily rusted and unmaintained full size truck. We proceeded to diagnose his vehicle brake failure and came to the conclusion of the following. He had damaged brake lines, leaking rear wheel cylinders, rear shoes down to the rivets, rotted drums, rotted backing plates, front rotors rotted that had been previously pad slapped and seizing front calipers w/ bleeders that were rotted off. We quoted Mr. **** over the phone for the exact price for this repair and he agreed verbally. When he came in after the work was completed in a timely manner, he was immediately irate. Upset with the price of repairs which he had already previously approved!? It didn't make sense. He knew exactly what it was going to be as this was all pre approved. He eventually after making several rude comments, proceeded to pay his invoice and sign for the repairs. His vehicle functioned as it should. Now we do realize that the state of the economy has people panicking about money and we admit no fault and billed the customer very fairly considering the amount of rust and extra time that his vehicle took, with repairs taking over 2 days, because of a failure to his abs system, making bleeding the brakes extra difficult. We are prepared to offer him a $100.00 credit as a courtesy that he can apply towards any future repair with us.
