Ever since I refinanced with the Milford Bank, my mortgage statements have been extremely late. I normally don’t get my mortgage statement until 3 to 4 days before its actual due date. By the time I send the payment, they charge me a late fee. I have made several complaints to the Milford Bank over the phone and once in person. They have no resolution for me. The Milford Bank mortgage department also has no direct phone number. I’m hoping the Better Business Bureau can help me rectify the situation. Thank you very much **** *******Business response

We have received complaint **********. Thank you for reaching out to us. Per the bank's privacy policy we can not confirm or deny if any specific individual does business with us. However, please note that it is the bank's practice to have a Senior Manager reach out to any customer with a compliant and attempt to resolve the matter. However, we will not share any information on potential resolutions with a third party.Customer response
