I’ve purchased some suits for my wedding for me and my groomsman on August of 2021 for my wedding on July 1st 2022. Right now it’s April 18. My wedding is only a few months away and I have yet to receive my suits. Every time I call or visit the establishment it’s either no one has a clue of the order or they’ll call me back. Which never happens. One of my groomsman live out of state so I’ve been trying to make sure that he receives his suit on time so that everything can go smoothly. Right now as I am writing this complaint I’m sitting right up front of the establishment because I’m tired of being lied to. I was told that my suits will be ready for pick up on April 14th or 15th right now it’s April 18th! You would think that I would’ve gotten them by now. But no! It’s always “I’ll have to talk to the boss” or “we’ll call you back” I feel like they are not taking this seriously because when they told me they’ll call me back I asked them who? Who are you going to call back? Guy who was there was like you Kevin I’ll give you a call back! No sir my name is Franky not Kevin! That’s when I knew that they were full of it! At this point I need my money back so that I can go buy my suit else were! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. They do not deserve to be in business! They’ll take your money and tell you a bunch of lies! Like oh you’ll get it tomorrow! They’ll even go as far as make you a PROMISE! And still not hold their end of the bargain! Like listen this is my wedding you’re messing with right now. Like please I need someone to help me get my money back because this is ridiculous! Please CT department of labor or CT department of Revenue AUDIT!! Classic Men’s Wear in **** ****** **** **** ******* ** *****! Please someone help me get my money back! I do not need an apology! I want my money back! Do not spend your hard earn cash there
