USA Sports Marketing is a company that arranges autograph sessions for athletes. Back in February of 2022, I sent in items to be autographed by basketball star ******* *****. The original session was canceled, but they promised to re-schedule. Now, almost two years later, I still do not have my items returned. I have been in constant contact with the company via email over the last two years requesting updates, and they have always responded in a timely manner. I finally gave up about ten days ago and requested a refund, and the company has gone silent. I have tried emailing, calling, texting, and even reached out via eBay and received no response. I need my money back, as well as the items that I sent in. The total value of the items is approximately $1200. Since I sent in my items, the company has moved and is now located at *** ****** **** ***** ***** ******** ******* ** *****.Business response

Hello,
We have been traveling to conduct autograph signings since this customer sent the email requesting a refund and to have his items returned last week. This morning before this complaint was filed we pulled the items he sent in to return and have written a check for the refund of his order that will be included in the package. The tracking number for the package is ***** **** **** **** **** **** **
