Ordered a couple of products yet I never received them. Attempted to resolve this situation with FCP themselves rather than the bank route, only to find myself in a verbal dispute with a very unprofessional employee. Stephanie L to be exact, initiated the conversation with slang terminology, "don't shoot the messenger". This clearly displayed bad work ethic/morality. She proceeds to remind me that all of the information she is telling me is from "management" and prohibits me from speaking with them by ending the chat.FCP Euro Response

I ordered one product, but they sent me another, which is also cheaper. After returning the goods, they returned the cost of the returned goods, and not the one I paid. In addition, I paid for the return of the goods. My emails for a refund were ignored. You should not deal with this company, you will only lose money.FCP Euro Response

part for $300 more .. and when you don't want a rebuilt and want a refund they hangup as much as 3 times then when you talked to management they can't do anything about your lost money unless you but a worthless part that breaks when the 90 days are up for the refund ..never again will I get anything from them .. $649 and now they want $849 ..? If a part fails within 90 days, we can work with you on collecting proper documentation and sending a replacement at no cost. To use our Lifetime Replacement Guarantee, you would purchase the replacement first, fix your car, then send back your original purchase for Store Credit. Ordered some coilovers but decided i wanted to cancel because i found some better ones, so called the day after to try to cancel and was told i had to wait to talk to a specialist and waited for 2 days now my order is shipping because they made me wait now i have to wait about 2 weeks to return it and get my money back.FCP Euro Response

By the time we were contacted to cancel your order, the shipping process with the vendor was already underway and ended up shipping on 5/10. Order brake kit set for my vehicle and used Vin number to identify the proper parts. They sent me rotors that did not fit my make and model car. Upon returning them they would not issue a refund due to the rotors having " grease marks". They must have graduate top of their class to establish that considering I found out that the rotors do not fit when I tried placing them on my car. Place is a joke I do not recommend buying from this company.FCP Euro Response

Hello, We very much apologize for the fitment issue you’re experiencing and the inconvenience it causes. The website verifies fitment to a point with Year, Make, and Model, but it does not verify fitment by VIN. In cases when fitment varies by VIN, there are fitment notes in order to confirm proper fitment before placing an order. While we were able to process two of the brake rotors, the other two were unfortunately returned in a condition that cannot be resold to the next customer - we recommend filing a claim with your shipping carrier for further recoupment. Horrible customer service! I ordered a part overnight, but it turned out to be out of stock. Nobody even attempted to contact me and resolve the issue. Amoreena P from support simply lied to me, saying that everything was fine with my order and it would be shipped, without even bothering to check the availability. Joey K said he needed to contact a colleague and then disappeared. Nobody cares that the customer needs to receive the part on time, even if they pay for fast delivery. As a result, my mechanic will only be available in a week due to FCP Euro's mistake, and I've already lost $450 on car rental.FCP Euro Response

I was sold a bad timing belt kit and after spending vast amount of money in refreshing an engine on a 21 year old car the kit they sold me failed and blew the engine timing failed. They lied to me stating my vehicle hydrolocked and that the part wasn’t the failure point so spent money on a shop diagnostic to conclude the kit fcp euro sold me had a non genuine tensioner and that I need to speak with them. Fcp euro was not trying to take responsibility for they part failure even tho they sent me a warranty part that I’m not gonna bother installing cause they bullshitted me and took me for some moron. They were not at all trying to work with me and I had to ultimately spent another $2k to have my vehicle refreshed again and rebuilt including the cost of a new head valves and springs and a new genuine tensioner.
