From basketsconnecticut.com, I purchased the “cheesy craft beer basket” on December 28th 2021 for $44.99 plus shipping, which was $17.99. The product that was received was not the product that was advertised. Multiple items in the purchase were substituted without my knowledge or consent and the gift message that I requested to be attached was not included. There also was also a missing product without any substitution (the Parmigiano Reggiano crumble biscuits). The package that was delivered included an empty bag (depicted in image which says “Bloom”), and an empty “Oktoberfest” box, which I have no idea why they included that empty bag or empty box in the package. There were supposed to be 2 Canadian craft beers but instead they sent 2 hard ciders. The cracker box had a tear on the top and the side. I have been speaking with a customer service representative via email, however, she has not been very helpful and instead has been giving me the runaround. The phone number on the website does not allow a customer to speak with a representative and instead refers to deal with inquiries via e-mail or to leave a voice message, in which their inbox is full. I am requesting either a full or partial refund.
